JUST AT THAT TIME A PICTURE OF MY DEAD SISTER FELL FROM THE SHELF ON TOP OF HER. SHE GOT HER ANSWER. I DON'T QUESTION THINGS SO MUCH ANYMORE, AND WHEN I GET MESSAGE AND SIGNS FROM BOTH OF THEM, IT MAKES ME SMILE. I believe more in John Edwards than Sylvia Brown but I tend to be a skeptic. I think Sylvia says things that are so vague that they could be for anyone. I also think that she gets too much info from the people who are being "read". I loved the show when she told this woman who wanted to know how her brother died and she sais "honey, he had a stroke" and the woman said "but he was shot" and she said "the shot caused the stroke and that is how he died". What a crock ! I have been recently studying psychic phenomena and I went to a class on it and I actually did some automatic writing. I later on did readings for friends and I got some weird stuff that all turned out to be the truth. I am still skeptical, even of myself. I did not ask any questions of these people and did not know anything about their ancestors. I have this friend who asks me why I am so skeptical of myself and I said " I just want to tell the truth and not cause anyone any harm". I am going to explore this more but I think that "psychics" who profit greatly from this are more interested in the $$ than the gift.

Something seemed strange yesterday when she was doing a reading. How can the coroner not find the cracked skull on the dude that died in the woods? Wouldn't it be obvious? There's always questions that arise when I'm watching these shows but that's what makes it so interesting cuz I want to know more ...

Sylvia definately rocked the world with her first prediction. She predicts that the U.S. will go to war, and that it will be very expensive (financially) to keep our troops overseas. Also, she predicts that that the Taliban will retaliate. The thought of the U.S. going to war never even crossed my mind. ;)

You know what guys? Yesterday I watched John Edwards and he had a guest on his show. They had never had another psychic on the show before but this one is exceptional according to John. This women claims she can communicate w/ animals and she actually has her own show but I never saw it before. Well John had a conversation with the dogs before she talked to them and during the reading she actually validated the same conversation John and the Dogs had. Although it's strange, I don't believe that people can actually communicate with animals.... What do you guys think?

Yup, the article is very interesting as a matter a fact a lot of other research has been done around the same area. They would have participants watch a video clip and have them identify what they saw and most of the time their would be things that were never shown in the clip. I think our memories do play games on us sometimes...we think of things sometimes and sometimes we convince ourselves that it has already happen when it never did...

Haha kiki. Ms. Cleo commercials were the worst. Not only annoying, but the commercial was always like 20 decibals louder than the nornmal tv show so you always had to jump on the remote like it was a grenade to turn that crap down.

I used to believe in John Edwards until I saw Southpark. I know Southpark is just a cartoon comedy, but they made some very good points in discrediting John Edwards. Also, it's kind of weird how people forget names and certain things sometimes (Frank brought this to mind when he mentioned the credit card stuff). John will say "Do you know a Robert?" The person responding will say no like ten times and insist that they don't. Then all of a sudden after like five minutes later they recall somebody named Robert. But of course they were thinking of Bobby whos formal name is Robert. Why would a spirit talk to John by his formal name? Of course people leave their paper trail behind using their formal name, so maybe the researcher found the name Robert. In a way I believe in Sylvia more than John Edwards because she can make predictions. OH.. I also realized how John knows when people are going on trips. Probably because they did do a credit card search and saw the tickets they bought. They also have all those family tree searches on the internet.

If I'm ever on the other side I'll contact you by my scree name "XCalyBur", then you'll know if it's true. :)

Even though talk shows aren't what they used to
be, they are still entertaining. If I didn't have cable I would be watching more talk shows.

Zeal, we watched the same show. That one was very scarey especially when she was able to narrow those spirits down to their names. But very interesting as well. It was worth watching =) You know how chinese ppl always complain about having a ghost sit on them...I think this kinda confirms that their are spirits sharing the same house with some ppl. I think Sylvia was also making a point that spirits don't leave even if houses are rebuilt because its the land that they are on not the houses they live in....

Damn, kiki. What the hell are you talking about??? I am talking about talk shows and you go jump to a whole different tangent. Miss Cleo is a commercial, she don't have a talk show...no one claims her predictions are true except herself. John Edwards and Sylvia, on the other hand, does something totally different. And I think it's difficult for you to say anything when you don't even watch these shows. Well, it's ok that you don't believe in these psychics but doubt the fact that it can be true. ;)

Yup, that she is, a fanatic. For me, I tend not to buy into it that much as a lot of them, like Arthur said, are very if not, too broad. For example, they'll say something like "You'll have work to do today ... at work!" And people be like, "Whoa! What he said came true, I did have work to do today, at work, on a Thursday!." And I'd be like, "Shut the *beep* up! Pleaze!" I can't say I am not a believer, just not a 100% but I am certain that Miss Bitch Cleo is a fake. I wonder if she predicted what I said here. ;) I can so see her say ... "ahhh mman, Yous going to say shit about me mman, and yous going to win the lotto mman." That bitch, I hate her commercials. And John Edwards, though I don't want to say this as waiwai is a big fan but I truely believe that the media has more power than you know, they make you register to be a guest, ask you all sorts of questions and then find out the rest from 3rd party underground investigators. You can do searchs yourself, for $15-$50, you can find out a lot about anyone.

Ahh. John Edwards brings back good memories. I used to leave the tv on and he would help me fall asleep during my afternoon naps. I used to like watching Sylvia on Montell, but it seems like she's on every week now. I wish she would make more predictions about world politics and the like. I remember there was website that analyzed some of her predictions and they pretty much said she was very broad and only about 50% of her predictions came true. Don't remember which website it is. You ever see the episode of South Park when they made fun of John Edwards? One of the funniest episodes ever. Well, I used to be a big fan of talk shows, but I can't stand to see anymore 300lb. women in a bikini saying they're sexy like Fat Bastard. Let me know if Sylvia mentions anything interesting on Wednesday. Heck, maybe I'll even watch it. :)
