We just got the saddest news last week. My family and I are extremely devastated that our baby Lily has a tumor growing in her throat area. The vet said the tumor will eventually get bigger and bigger and there is nothing we can really do except give her pain killers. Currently, she is at home with us...but I think she is very uncomfortable (i guess anyone would be uncomfortable if something was sticking on their throats....so I can only imagine her pain). I hope those pain killers that she has to take everyday is really helping...poor baby =(... It just makes cry everytime I even think about Lily having to go through all that. I guess one thing I have to keep in mind is she is turning 9yrs old on Thursday, May 13th so she kinda lived her life. But if that day really comes...putting her to sleep might be a good option just so she wont have to sufficate to death.
