Triumph in the Skies
I finally finished watching this chinese drama series =) I really love this drama series a lot!!! It was very different from all the other series that I have watched....it includes romance, comedy, work, and relationships between family, friends, and significant others. Triumph in the Skies was very inspiring to me in many ways and it has taught me a lot about appreciating people around me ^_^

[Kudos: 3 (+/-)] [No Comments]Herbal Essence always had a nice scent but when it came to conditioning...I felt like my hair was always tangled...so, as much as I like their product...I couldn't stand having "TANGLED" hair. Guess what? Yesterday I got this new shampoo and conditioner for only $2.48 at Target.....
and it worked wonders...the fragrant was so sweet and light....and my hair is super soft today. I wonder if it had anything to do with that new "Hawafena" ingredient. Regardless, I like it a lot =) Go try it out for yourself o_o

what is arthritis? some say when the joints get really sore whenever the weather changes....i think that pretty much describes me....but when i went for a check up, the doc didnt think i have any signs of arthritis??? so what do you think it might be? my friend said maybe i have chronic fatigue syndrome: CFS is defined as - "Severe disabling fatigue which lasts at least 6 months, made worse by minimal physical or mental exertion, and for which there is no adequate medical explanation." Oh, i dont think so cuz it doesnt last that long. it just comes and goes as the rain or damp weather comes and goes......
i wish i can walk like her...im limping like a little old lady =(

In the beginning of this season, I had doubts of moving up high with the big fellas and shirley cuz I was seriously terrified with heights but as you guys might know from my last post...the hike up is even worst than my fear. I started to take the lifts last time I was there and it turned out ok. So this time when we went up, I had a few practice runs on the "first ride", then we moved up to the "patsy ride", then over to the "waterfall", then all the way up to "sky express" (aka the summit???) It was the most amazing experience since I've accomplished so much in such a short time and I was able to hang with all the guys and gals....plus see the beautiful view!!! Hmmmm and I think I only went 3 times this whole season....WOW...I really did GOOD =) HURRAY for me!!! Although I am still so sore but its ALL WORTH IT!!!!!

Our weekend....
Finally, went to the gym for a little workout and a dip in the pool...that was nice =) Thinking about it makes me want to go swim again =D but with this "daylights saving time" makes me so tired that I just dont want to do anything except catch some shut eyes.... ~_~
